Rameshwaram Buildmat Pvt. Ltd. is right on Circular Road, near Ana Sagar. We sit right opposite Anand Nagar. It’s a good spot because it’s easy for the big delivery trucks to pull in and out. We deal with a lot of heavy materials for construction. The yard is usually full of sand, gravel, and stacks of blocks. It’s not a pretty place to look at, but it’s functional. We have a small office where we handle the paperwork, but most of the action happens outside. The staff here has been with us for a long time. We know each other well. We don't wear suits. Most of the time we are covered in a bit of dust from the yard. We aren't a corporate giant. Even though we have "Pvt. Ltd." in the name, it feels more like a local family business. We provide materials for people building houses or fixing roads around here. We’ve seen a lot of houses go up in Anand Nagar over the years. We like to think we helped a bit with that. We don't do fancy advertising. We just rely on people telling their friends about us. If there’s a problem with a delivery, we just talk it out and fix it. It’s a straightforward way to work. No fluff, just the stuff people need to build things. The rain sometimes turns the yard into a bit of a muddy mess, which makes things harder for the loaders. We just put on our boots and get on with it. There is always a lot to do before the sun goes down.
