Mohan Lal Dwarka Prasad

Mohan Lal Dwarka Prasad is situated on Phul Street within the Nala Bazar area. It is a narrow street, and sometimes it feels like the buildings are leaning in a bit. We have been working out of this space for a long time. It is a family-run kind of thing, passed down or just kept going by whoever was around. Phul Street has a certain smell to it, and Nala Bazar is always humming with activity right nearby. Inside the shop, things are stacked pretty high. We do not have a lot of floor space, so we have to use the walls. It is not a modern place with bright lights. We use what we have. Most of our days are spent talking to customers who have been coming here since they were kids. We know who likes what. There is no complicated system here. We keep a ledger and use a pen. It is how it has always been done. The street outside can get blocked with bikes or deliveries, but that is just life in Nala Bazar. We do not try to be anything we are not. We just show up, open the doors, and wait to see who stops by. It is a long day sometimes, especially when the weather is not great, but we like the routine of it all. This shop is just part of the furniture of Phul Street now.
