Learn Shorthand

You can find us at House Number 239/40 in New Kesary Colony, which is part of the Adarsh Nagar area in Ajmer. We are tucked away right behind the Bansi Rolling Mill. We have been teaching shorthand at this address for a lot of years. Shorthand is one of those skills that people don't talk about as much anymore, but it is still very useful for certain types of jobs. Our space is essentially a couple of rooms that we've set up with desks, typewriters, and plenty of notebooks. It is a very specific kind of place where you’ll hear the constant clicking of keys or the sound of pencils moving fast across paper. It stays pretty quiet otherwise because shorthand requires a lot of concentration. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It's just a few of us showing students how to master the strokes and symbols. We get people from all over 305001, some wanting to enter government service and others just looking for a new skill. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so there aren't too many distractions. We don't use any modern marketing or flashy tricks to get people in. We just sit down with whoever shows up and practice until they can take dictation quickly and accurately. It’s a very manual, old-school way of doing things and we like it that way.
