Our office is tucked away at number 62 in Vidhyut Nagar-B, which is right in that Vaishali Nagar area near Ajmer Road. It gets pretty busy around here with all the traffic, but we’ve managed to make a decent space for ourselves. We work on building designs and planning, mostly just sitting at our desks with a lot of drawings and computer screens. It’s not always glamorous. There are days when we are just arguing over where a wall should go or how to fit everything into a small space. We’ve been doing this for a bit now, and the team is just a few people who actually care about how buildings look in our neighborhood. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or anything, just a practical workspace where we can think. Sometimes we go out to sites, and other days we are just stuck here answering emails. It’s a lot of back and forth with clients and builders. Jaipur is growing so fast, so there is always a new project popping up somewhere near Ajmer Road. We try to keep things grounded and just focus on the drawings. It's a local shop, really. We know the area well and we just want to do decent work that doesn't fall apart or look weird next to the neighbors. Our desks are usually piled high with papers, but we know where everything is even if it looks like a mess.
