A K Architectural Works

A K Architectural Works is located at L-12 in the Tilak Complex. We are right at the main chouraha in Kishangarh, which means it’s always loud with horns and people shouting outside. It’s a very central location in the Madanganj-Kishanganj area. Being in a complex like Tilak means we have a lot of neighbors who are also running small businesses. Our office is a simple room with a couple of drafting tables and a computer. We do a lot of the technical architectural work that goes into getting a building permit or starting a construction project. It’s a lot of math and careful drawing. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. People usually find out about us because they saw one of our projects or someone told them where we are located. We take our tea at the stall downstairs most mornings and then get back to the drawings. Kishangarh is famous for its marble, and that influence shows up in a lot of the work we do. We help people figure out how to use those local materials in their buildings. It’s just day-to-day work for us, nothing more, nothing less. We keep the office open late sometimes when there is a deadline, but mostly we follow the regular rhythm of the market. It’s a busy, dusty, productive place to be.
