Arjun Singh Rathore

Working out of the Pushkar Bar Association in Civil Line keeps me pretty busy. My name is Arjun Singh Rathore, and this is where I spend most of my waking hours. Pushkar is a quiet place usually, but the legal side of things always has some movement. I’ve been part of this community for a while now. The office is right where you’d expect it to be, near the other legal folks. It’s not the kind of place with shiny floors or modern art on the walls. It’s just a practical space with plenty of law books and files stacked up. I spend a lot of time reading through documents and meeting with people who have various issues to resolve. I prefer talking face-to-face rather than sending long emails. It’s just easier to understand what someone needs when they are sitting right across from you. The Civil Line area is nice, a bit away from the main temple crowds, which helps me focus. I try to be honest with everyone who walks through the door. If I can help, I will. If I can't, I'll tell you that too. There’s no use in wasting anyone’s time. Sometimes the fans are a bit noisy in the summer heat, but we get the work done regardless. It’s a simple life, focused on the law and helping out the locals here in Pushkar. That is pretty much all there is to it.
