Our shop, Shraddha Traders And Building Material, is located in Ashvi Kh, which is about 10 kilometers from Loni near Sangamner. We are very close to the Shree Krushn Mandir, which is how most people find us. It’s a quiet area compared to the city, but there’s always someone building a shed or fixing a house nearby. We keep the usual things like cement, steel bars, and sand. The business is run by me and my family. We don’t have a big corporate structure or anything like that. We just open up early in the morning, sweep the front, and wait for the customers to come by. Sometimes we sit outside and talk with the neighbors while waiting for a delivery truck. The road here is decent, so we can get materials out to the farms and smaller villages without too much trouble. We don’t have a fancy showroom. Everything is kept in the back or under the tin roof to keep it out of the rain. People around here prefer dealing with someone they know, so we try to be helpful and straightforward. If we don’t have something in stock, we tell you plainly instead of making excuses. It’s just a basic trading business. We’ve been here for years and hope to stay for many more, just serving the people in and around Ashvi Kh with their building needs. It is a simple life and we like the work.
