Samridhi Oil & Cement Center

Our shop, Samridhi Oil & Cement Center, is tucked away in Village Mahijalgaon. It is a quiet place for the most part, though things pick up when the kids are heading to Bharat School nearby. You can hear them shouting and playing during their break times, which makes the day go by a bit faster. We have been here in Tehsil Karjat for some time, dealing with both oil and cement. It is a bit of a mix, but that is what folks around here need for their daily lives. Being in a village like this, you know almost everyone who walks through the door. It is not like the big city shops where everything is rushed. We take our time unloading the trucks when they arrive from the main road. The post office is also close by, so there is always some movement around our corner of the village. During the monsoon, the ground gets a bit muddy around the entrance, but we keep the bags high and dry inside. It is a simple life running a center like this. We do not have any big signs or bright lights, just the stock and a desk to sit at. Sometimes the farmers stop by to chat even if they do not need anything that day. We just stay open until the sun goes down and then head home. It is a basic setup, but it works for us and the people living around Mahijalgaon.
