You can find New Vaishnavi Kitchen Trolly over on Chitale Road, near Laxmibai Karanja. We are situated right by Junagade Hospital. It’s a busy part of the city with plenty of people walking by all day. We spend most of our time working with stainless steel and tools. The shop is usually covered in metal shavings and the sound of cutting is constant. We’ve been making kitchen setups for the local houses for quite a few years now. It’s a small shop, and we often have to move things out onto the sidewalk just to have enough room to work. Most of us are covered in grease or dust by the end of the day. We don't have a showroom with bright lights. People just come in, look at what we are currently building, and tell us what they need. It’s very hands-on work. The hospital nearby means there’s always a lot of traffic, so it can get pretty loud during the day. We usually take our lunch together in the back of the shop. It’s a simple life, focused on making things that last in people's kitchens. We aren't big on marketing or social media. We just let the work speak for itself. Most of our customers are neighbors or people who saw our work at a friend’s house. It is how it is.
