Our place is located at Gat Number 149 on Chimbhala Road. It’s in Shirasgaon Bhodkha, which is part of the Shrigonda Taluka in Ahmednagar. Farmgistics Packaging Industries Private Limited is where we handle all our packaging work. Being out here in Maharashtra, specifically in this part of Ahmednagar, means we have a lot of space to move around. The 413726 area is where we've set up shop. It's not a fancy industrial park, just a practical location on Chimbhala Road. We spend our days mostly dealing with boxes, packaging materials, and making sure everything is ready for the trucks. It gets a bit dusty sometimes, and the roads aren't always the smoothest for the drivers, but we manage to get by. We aren't a huge corporation with layers of management; we're just a group of people working together in Shrigonda. We've got our daily routine down now after being here for a while. Most of the people working here live close by, so it feels like a real local effort. We don't really do big meetings or have many visitors coming through. We just stay focused on the tasks we have for the day. Sometimes the power goes out, or the trucks are running late, but that’s just life in a rural industrial spot. We just keep at it and try to get things done without much fuss.
