Our company is Bhawar Poultry Feed and Hatchery Private Limited. We are located at Rajur, H.No.112 in Motala. The business is exactly what the name says. We spend our time dealing with poultry feed and running the hatchery operations. It is a very busy place, especially with the constant sounds of the birds. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here from the main towns, but this is where the space is. Our building is simple and serves its purpose without any extras. There is a lot of physical labor involved in moving bags of feed and managing the different hatchery sections. We don't wear suits or ties here. Usually, it's just regular clothes that can get a bit dirty. We’ve been part of the Motala area for a long time. People around here know us well. It is a local operation through and through. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Most of our business comes from word of mouth and local farmers who need feed. The work starts very early, often before the sun is up, because the birds don't wait for anyone. It can be a bit messy and loud, but we are used to it by now. We just focus on keeping the hatchery running and making sure the feed is right. It is a practical life. We don't try to sound like a big multinational.
