Our office is based in Shreerampur, at the Nivara Housing Society in Morage Vasti. The area code here is 413201. Bhutada Associates has been a part of this particular Ahmednagar neighborhood for a good number of years. Morage Vasti is mostly a residential area, so the daily pace is a bit slower and quieter than if we were in the middle of a big city. We spend our days here taking care of various associate tasks, which usually involves a lot of paperwork, meetings, and keeping our records in order. The Nivara Housing Society is a peaceful place to work from, and that helps us focus on the finer details of our projects without too many interruptions. It is not a tall office building with a lobby, just a simple and functional space where we get our work done. We do not have a formal receptionist; usually, you will just walk in and find one of us sitting at a desk working. There are shelves lined with thick files and a few chairs for people to sit on. We usually have a fan running and some tea on the go. It is a very normal, local way of doing things. We just show up every day and do the work that is waiting for us.
