We are located in Ahmednagar, specifically around the Neptinaka area. It is a place that many people pass through every day. Ar. Shelke And Associates isn't a massive firm with hundreds of people. It’s a smaller setup where we focus on what’s right in front of us. Neptinaka is a bit of a landmark itself, so finding us isn't too hard once you get to that part of town. The office is pretty straightforward. We have some tables, some computers, and a lot of rolled-up papers everywhere. Architecture is what we do, but we don't treat it like some high-end art project. It's more about building things that work. You might find us arguing over a drawing or just sitting quietly while we work through a problem. The atmosphere is very casual. We don't have a secretary waiting at the front to take your name. Usually, someone will just look up from their desk and ask how they can help you. We’ve been in Ahmednagar for a while and we like the pace here. It’s not as crazy as Pune or Mumbai. We take our time with things to make sure they are done right. There is no fancy branding on the walls, just the basic stuff we need to get through the day. Sometimes we have tea brought in from the shop downstairs. It’s a quiet life mostly, just getting the work done and heading home when the sun goes down.
