Zubin Kuruvilla

We are right near Loyolla Hall, which is a very well-known spot in this part of town. The building is a typical apartment complex. We are up on the third floor. Memnagar Road can be quite busy with traffic and students from the nearby school. However, once you are inside the apartment, it is usually calm enough to work. We don't have a large office or a lot of employees. It is just Zubin Kuruvilla operating from this space. We have been here for a long time. The elevator in the building works most of the time, so getting to the third floor isn't a problem for us. We don't do any kind of marketing or advertising. No posters, no flyers. We just handle our business as it comes in each day. The area around Loyolla Hall is great because everything you need is within walking distance. It’s a very practical place for us to be based. We don't have a corporate plan or anything like that. We just come in and get our work done. It’s a simple, straightforward setup at Sumeya Apartments. We like it this way and don't see any reason to change it at all. That is how we operate here in Ahmedabad.
