We are situated at 203 Ganesh Plaza in the Navrangpura area. This is a very central part of Ahmedabad to be located in. Our office is near the Navrangpura Post Office and right across from the bus stop. Having the bus stop so close means there are always people moving around outside. The building itself stays busy with many different offices on every floor. We are up on the second floor in a room with plenty of windows. This gives us some good natural light during the working hours. Long tables and many chairs take up most of the space. Usually, the place is filled with books and different papers scattered about. Because we are a working office, things are rarely perfectly tidy. We have been in this spot for a few years and it suits our needs well. The elevator in Ganesh Plaza can be a bit temperamental, so we often just use the stairs. A tea stall nearby is one of our frequent stops during the day. This is a simple environment without any extra bells or whistles. Our focus is on the daily tasks and helping whoever comes through the door. Street noise is constant, but you eventually stop noticing it. It is just part of the experience of being in Navrangpura. We have a small filing area and a water cooler in the corner. We sometimes have to remind ourselves to turn off the lights before leaving at night.
