If you find yourself in the Khokhara area of Ahmedabad, you’ll probably pass by Sanatan Society. We are at number 13. Innovate Knowledge Solution is basically run from here, and it’s a standard spot in a regular neighborhood. Gujarat is known for people who work hard, and we try to live up to that without overcomplicating things. The office isn't anything you’d see in a magazine. It’s got desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and plenty of wires running along the walls for the computers. We don’t spend much time worrying about the decor or having a big sign out front. Most of our day is spent looking at data or talking through problems we’re trying to solve for people. The society is usually quiet during the day, which helps us stay focused. We have a small group of people working here, and most of us have been around for a few years. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows who is bringing what for lunch. We don't have a human resources department or a PR team to write stuff for us. We just handle the knowledge work we’ve been assigned. It’s straightforward and sometimes a bit repetitive, but it’s what we know how to do. Being in Ahmedabad gives us a good base, and we’re happy to be part of the local community here.
