If you are looking for us, we are at C/25 in the Anjana Society. It is right in the India Colony area of Bapunagar, here in Ahmedabad. Being an HRD consultant means our day is basically a long string of meetings and looking at piles of paper. We spend a lot of time talking to people who are looking for work and trying to figure out where they might fit best. The society is a decent place to work out of, it feels more like a community than a cold office block. We have a lot of local folks stopping by to drop off their CVs. Some days are just constant phone calls, and other days it’s quieter, and we can actually get through the filing. Ahmedabad is a busy place, and Bapunagar has its own energy. We’ve been doing this for a bit now, just helping bridge the gap between companies and workers. It’s not always a perfect match on the first try, but we keep at it. Our office is simple, just the basics to get the job done. We don't have any big signs or fancy lobbies. It’s just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of conversations. People know us as the place to go when they need a lead on a job. We just try to be straightforward with everyone who walks through the door. It’s a living, like anything else.
