Yash Infosys

Yash Infosys is tucked away at Plot No-5 in Baldev Park Society, just behind Purshottam Bhuvan. It’s a bit more of a residential-feeling area, which we like because it’s not too loud. We handle a lot of computer-related stuff here. Some days it’s fixing a laptop that won't start, and other days we are helping someone set up their home internet. It’s a mix of things that keeps the day interesting. We aren't a big chain store, just a local spot where you can get some help with your tech. The office is small and filled with monitors and cables. Sometimes it feels like there isn't enough space for all the hardware, but we make it work. We've been here in Baldev Park Soc for a while now, and we know many of the people who live nearby. We don't have a fancy reception desk or anything like that. You just walk in and talk to whoever is free. We try to explain things in plain English because not everyone knows the technical jargon, and we don't either sometimes! We just do our best to get the equipment running again. It’s a lot of trial and error and patience. We don't really do much in the way of marketing, we just wait for the phone to ring or for someone to knock. Lately, we've been dealing with a lot of older desktops that just need a bit of cleaning and a few parts replaced.
