Monter Systems

Monter Systems is based at 15 Span Arcade, right on Road No. 15 in Kathwada Gidc. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always a bit of noise from the neighboring factories. Our unit in the arcade is where everything happens. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and hardware. The office is a bit cramped with all the systems we have set up. We don’t really have a big sign out front, just the number 15. It’s a practical place for an engineering-style business. Sometimes the power fluctuates, which is common in Gidc, but we’ve got backups. We started here because it was close to other businesses we know. The road out front gets a bit dusty when the trucks pass. We take turns cleaning the office because we don't have a regular janitor. It's just part of being a small team. We don't use much fancy language here. We just talk about what needs to be fixed or built. People find us mostly by word of mouth or if they’re looking for someone in Kathwada. We’ve got our own way of doing things. It’s worked for us so far. We don’t feel the need to move to a shiny new building. This spot at Span Arcade is just fine for us. We keep our heads down and do the work. We keep our tools on a rack that we built ourselves. It’s not perfect, but it works. The air conditioner makes a weird humming noise, but we’ve gotten used to it after all these months. It's home.
