Xavier Home Tutors

Our office is over in the Narnarayan Complex in Navrangpura. It’s a busy building in a very busy part of Ahmedabad. Being near the Navrangpura Bus Stop means there is a lot of noise and activity all day long, which is just how it is in this part of town. We are also close to Swastik Cross Road, so the location is pretty central for anyone trying to reach us. The complex itself has a lot of different businesses, but we have our own little space where we manage the tutoring arrangements. Most of our work involves talking to parents and figuring out schedules for home visits. Since we focus on home tutors, we aren’t always sitting in the office, but it serves as our main base. It’s a bit of a walk up if the elevator is busy, which happens often during peak hours. The walls are a bit plain, and we have the usual desks and filing cabinets you’d expect. We don't spend money on fancy interior design because it’s not really necessary for what we do. The main thing is having a reliable spot where people can find us. Navrangpura is a great area because everything is within reach, even if the parking is a bit of a nightmare sometimes. We just keep things moving, making sure the tutors get to where they need to be on time. It’s a lot of phone calls and paperwork.
