X Factor Eventz

Our office is in the Ratnamani Complex, right near Ellis Bridge in Ahmedabad. We are in room 105. It’s a central spot right across from the Gandhigram Railway Station. You can hear the trains and the crowds all day long, which keeps us feeling like we’re in the heart of things. X Factor Eventz is run by a few of us who have been in this industry for a long time. The complex is an older building, so it has that specific smell of old concrete and dust. We don’t mind it much. Our space is filled with files, old event photos, and a lot of half-empty water bottles. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and vendors across Ahmedabad. It’s a lot of negotiating and checking on things. Suits aren't really our thing at work. You'll usually find us in jeans and just trying to stay comfortable while we handle the chaos. It gets pretty hectic when an event is coming up, and we might stay here until late at night. The station across the road is a good reminder of how many people are moving through this city every day. We just focus on our little corner of it and try to make sure we don't miss any deadlines. It’s honest work and we like the people we meet along the way. Sometimes we just sit on the stairs and watch the world go by.
