Woodfurn

You can find Woodfurn at Ramanand Kot, right across from Deep Apartment. We are very close to Balvatika and the Kankaria lake area in Maninagar. It’s a nice part of Ahmedabad to be in. The shop is usually full of furniture, so it’s a bit of a tight squeeze when you walk in. We have a lot of different pieces just sitting around, and it always smells like fresh polish. We’ve been here for quite a few years now. The staff is small, mostly just a couple of us who manage the floor and the guys who help with the heavy lifting. We don’t have a big corporate office or anything like that. We just have a small desk in the back where we keep the books. The traffic around the lake can get really bad on the weekends, but it brings a lot of people by our door. We enjoy the local vibe here. Most of our customers are from the apartments nearby. We know their families and they know ours. It’s a very relaxed way of doing business. We don't use any fancy marketing talk. We just show people the furniture and tell them what it’s made of. Some days are quiet and we just sit by the door and watch people go by. It’s a steady life and we’re happy with how things are.
