You can find us up on the third floor of Narayan Complex, right near the Swastik Cross Roads. It’s a busy part of Navrangpura, especially with the bus stand so close by. We’ve been set up in A-303 for quite a bit now. Our days are mostly spent looking at screens or taking apart laptops that have seen better days. We handle a bit of everything when it comes to computers. Sometimes it’s a broken hinge, other times it’s a slow hard drive or a virus that won't go away. People drop their machines off and we tell them what we can do. We don't use a lot of technical jargon if we can help it, because we know most folks just want their computer to work again so they can get back to their own jobs. The office is often filled with boxes of spare parts and monitors waiting for pickup. It can get a little cramped when we have a few big orders at once, but we manage. We’ve seen technology change so fast since we first started. The stuff we fixed ten years ago looks like museum pieces now. We just try to keep up with the new models and the software updates. It’s a lot of sitting and focused work, but it’s what we know how to do. If you're walking past the bus stand and need something for your PC, we're usually around until the evening.
