At Webnbot Llp, we operate out of a space in the Mahendrakumar Mahashankarvaishanv Society. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say, but it’s home for us. We aren't a big, flashy company with a lobby or a receptionist. Instead, we’re just a small group of people working together in a residential society setting. This keeps our overheads low and our stress levels manageable. Most of our neighbors are families, so it’s a nice, grounded environment to be in. We spend our days dealing with the technical bits of the web and bots, hence the name. It’s not always exciting work, but we enjoy the challenge of getting things to run correctly. Sometimes we work late when a project needs extra attention, but we try to keep a normal schedule. We don't have any corporate uniforms or strict hierarchies. Everyone just pitches in where they can. We find that being in a society like this makes the whole business feel more personal. You see the same people every day and it feels like you're part of a real place. We aren't trying to change the world or anything like that. We just want to do a decent job and keep our clients happy with the results. It’s a simple approach, but it’s served us well so far. We just take it one task at a time and see where the day leads us.
