You can find us over at Sopan Flats on New C.G. Road. We’re up in unit A/501. Chandkheda is a growing part of Ahmedabad, and there’s always some new construction happening nearby. We handle water and sanitation management, which is a lot of looking at maps and checking on pipes. It’s not the kind of work that gets a lot of attention, but it’s important for the people living around Gujarat. The office is pretty simple. We have a lot of shelves filled with technical reports and some dusty equipment in the corners. It’s mostly engineers and staff who have been with us for a long time. We don’t really do the whole corporate culture thing. We just focus on making sure the water systems are working like they should. Sometimes we have to go out on site visits and it gets pretty hot and dusty, so coming back to the office is a relief. We don’t have any fancy coffee machines or a reception desk. You just walk in and someone will be there at a desk doing something. We’ve seen the city change a lot from this office window. The traffic on New C.G. Road has definitely gotten worse over the years. We just keep our heads down and try to stay on top of the work. It’s honest, practical stuff that keeps us busy from Monday to Friday. There's always a new project to look at or a problem to solve.
