You can find us at Plot No 2 in the Patel Estate. It's in the Ramangamdi area, out in Por, which is part of Vadodara. Being in an estate means there’s a lot of industrial activity around us. It's not like those shiny offices in the city center. Wagad Technology Private Limited is a place where we actually work. There’s usually some dust from the road and the sound of trucks moving nearby. We’ve got a basic setup here. It’s functional. We don't spend money on things we don't need. Most of the guys here are from around Gujarat. We know the area well. The commute to Por can be a bit long depending on where you stay in Vadodara, but we make it work. It's a quiet enough spot once you're inside. We don't have a big HR department or a cafeteria. We just eat at our desks or go out to a local dhaba if we have the time. The building is simple. We have the equipment we need and that's about it. There’s no point in making it look like something it isn’t. It’s just a small business on a plot of land. We handle the tasks as they come. It’s honest work. We don't talk much about things like corporate culture or values. We just show up and get through the day's list of things to do until the sun goes down.
