Vivekananda Tutorials

Our tutorials are located in the Paldi area, right in the Amrapali Shopping Centre. We have shop number 11 on the ground floor. It is a very easy spot to find because the Sukhipura Bus Stop is right nearby. You can actually see the buses coming and going from our front door. The shopping centre has been around for a long time, so it has that old Ahmedabad feel to it. Inside our shop, we have kept things very basic. There are wooden benches for the students and a few tables for us. We do not have any air conditioning, just some ceiling fans that hum all day long. It gets a bit hot in the summer, but we keep the door open to get a breeze. We do not have any fancy brochures or a website that looks professional. We just write things down in our registers. People from the neighborhood stop by to talk or ask about the timings. It is a very relaxed atmosphere. Sometimes we stay late into the night when exams are coming up. We have a small kettle in the back for making tea. Most of the families around Paldi know us by now because we have been in this same shop for so many years. We just show up every day and do what needs to be done. It is a plain, hardworking kind of place where we focus on the books and the daily lessons.
