Vivacious Event Creations

We are based out of Ahmedabad, specifically in the 380009 area. Vivacious Event Creations isn't a massive agency; it is a small group of us who really just like getting things organized. Living and working in Ahmedabad means dealing with the heat and the busy streets, but we have lived here our whole lives, so we don't mind it. Our workspace is usually filled with boxes, fabric scraps, and notebooks full of lists. It might look a bit chaotic to someone walking in, but we know where everything is. We don't spend money on fancy marketing or big ads. Most of the people who come to us heard about us from a neighbor or a friend. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving around to different spots in the city to check on things. It is hard work, and your feet hurt by the end of the day, but that is part of the job. We don’t have a polished script to tell people. We just talk like regular people and explain what can be done and what can't. Sometimes things go wrong, like a supplier being late, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. That is how real life works. We’ve been doing this for a while now and just plan to keep going as long as we can.
