We help people find jobs and help companies find workers under the name Vinay Manpower Consultant Private Limited. It's a lot of paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. The area here is pretty specific, and we've been part of the community for quite some time. We don't use fancy software to match people; it’s mostly just us knowing who needs what.
