Vihar Fadia

Vihar Fadia is located at A/2, Mahavir Krupa Society, right near the Bhuyangdev Cross Road in Ghatlodia. We’re directly opposite C P Nagar, so it’s a landmark most people in this part of Ahmedabad know. It’s a residential society setting, which keeps things feeling very local and personal. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. Instead, it’s just a few of us handling the daily grind of architecture and planning. Our desks are usually a mess of pencils and old rulers. We spend a lot of time talking to neighbors and clients who just drop by for advice on their house repairs or new builds. Ghatlodia is a tight-knit area, and we like that. We do a lot of the groundwork for buildings, making sure everything follows the local rules. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with different departments and lots of paperwork. Sometimes it gets frustrating, but it’s part of the deal. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just draw buildings and help people get them started. The afternoon sun hits the office pretty hard, so we usually have the curtains drawn while we work on the computer. It’s a modest setup, but we have everything we need to get the plans right. We’ve been here for a while and plan to stay for many more years, just doing the work as it comes.
