Views Event

Views Event is located in the cellar of Arambh Complex on C G Road. It is not a huge or flashy place, just a simple office where we handle all the planning and the paperwork. Ahmedabad is a fast-moving city, and being near the Panchvati petrol pump means we are right in the middle of all the noise and action. We have been doing this for a good while now, mostly focusing on local gatherings and private parties. It can get a bit loud on C G Road with all the traffic, but we like being where things are happening. Most days, you will find us sitting at our desks, trying to coordinate with decorators or checking in with caterers. It is not a glamorous job, despite what some people think about the event industry. There is a lot of heavy lifting and very late nights involved. We do not use big words or try to act like we are some international firm. We are just local people who know how to get a stage set up or find a decent sound system when it is needed. The basement office stays pretty cool in the heat of the summer, which is a big plus for us. People just walk in when they need help with an anniversary or a small office meet. We keep our notes on paper mostly and try to stay organized as much as we can.
