Veer Academy

Down in the cellar of Aarambh Complex, right near Ramesh Corporation Gali, you will find our setup. It’s on C G Road, across from the Torrent Power building. It stays a bit cooler down here in the basement during those hot Ahmedabad summers, which is a plus. Veer Academy isn't some big, flashy institution you see on TV. It’s just a basement space filled with desks and books. We’ve been here for a while now, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it doesn't stop the work from getting done. Most days, it’s just the sound of pens scratching on paper and the occasional question. C G Road is always loud, but down here, it’s mostly quiet. We don't have a big staff or a fancy reception. Usually, you’ll just find one of us sitting there with a stack of papers to grade. We aren't trying to be the biggest academy in the city. We just want to make sure that the kids who come here actually understand their lessons. Sometimes the stairs are a bit steep for some people, but everyone manages. We see a lot of different faces every day. It’s just a normal routine of teaching and learning. We open up early and stay late most nights. That’s just the way things are at Veer Academy. It’s honest work in a busy part of town. Sometimes the water cooler leaks a bit, but we just put a towel under it and keep the floor dry.
