Veda Tutorials is up on the 3rd floor of the Sukh Sagar Complex. We are at number 16 on India Colony Road in Bapu Nagar. It’s a busy stretch of road, especially near Shayona Arcade and Dinesh Chamber. You have to climb a few flights of stairs to get to us, which can be a bit much in the heat, but the view of the traffic from the top is interesting. The complex has a lot of other small businesses, so there are always people coming and going. Our space is divided into a few different rooms for the tutorials. We have some old cupboards full of old test papers and textbooks that we’ve collected over the years. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy with the classes to worry about that. We start our day early to get the rooms ready before the first batch of students arrives. It gets quite loud when the classes change over and everyone is talking at once in the hallway. We don’t have any fancy software or high-tech gadgets, just good old boards and markers. Most of the kids who come here are from the nearby societies in Bapu Nagar. We just keep our heads down and do the work, making sure we cover the syllabus before the exam season starts every year. We enjoy the routine of it all.
