At Vibfast Pigments, we spend most of our time dealing with colors and powders. Being in Phase-1 of the GIDC at Vatva means there is always noise from the neighboring units. Our address is C-1, 91/6, which is easy enough to find once you get into the industrial zone. It’s a practical setup here. We have the production floor where the work happens, though it’s mostly just effort and keeping an eye on the machines. The pigments get everywhere if you aren't careful, so we all wear old clothes that we don't mind getting stained. It is just the way it is in this line of work. We aren't a huge corporate office with glass walls; it’s more about the concrete floors and the smell of the raw materials. Usually, we are busy loading up the delivery vans or checking the latest batches. Every morning starts with a quick check of what needs to go out by the afternoon. We have a few guys who have been here for years and they know the rhythm of the machines by sound alone. When visitors come by, they usually notice how bright everything is because of the samples lying around. We don't do much in the way of fancy talk. We just show the samples, talk about the price, and get to work. It’s a decent living and we keep things simple because that is what makes sense for us.
