Param Industries

You can find Param Industries at Plot No. 40/11 in Phase-1 of the Gidc. We’ve been in this particular spot for a while, and it suits us just fine. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we get our work done. It’s an industrial area, so there is always the sound of machines and trucks in the background. We have a small crew here. Most of us have been working together for years, so we don't need to talk much to know what needs to be done next. We don't have a big corporate philosophy or anything like that. We just show up in the morning, look at the orders, and start the machines. Sometimes we stay late to finish a job, and other times it’s a bit slower. That’s the way business goes. We don't put much stock in fancy offices. Our desks are usually covered in papers and spare parts. It’s a real working environment. The Gidc can be a crowded place, but we like the energy of it. Everyone is here to work. We don't spend money on big ads or glossy brochures. Our reputation comes from the stuff we make right here at Plot No. 40/11. It’s a basic, no-nonsense operation. We just do our bit and go home at the end of the day. There is no magic to it, just hard work and showing up.
