Jay Organics

Our place is over at Plot No 456 in Phase-II of the GIDC in Vatva. It’s a chemical hub, so there’s always a lot of activity and trucks moving in and out of the narrow lanes. We’ve been operating Jay Organics from this spot for quite some time. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we handle our daily production. There are drums piled up near the entrance and the smell of chemicals is just part of the air here. You learn to live with it. Most of our staff have been with us for years, so we all know the routine by heart. We don’t spend money on big signs or fancy marketing. We just focus on the batches we’re running. Sometimes the monsoon makes things difficult with the water on the roads, but we manage to keep the deliveries going. It’s a lot of manual labor, moving sacks and checking temperatures. We keep a logbook for everything, even if it's just scribbled notes on a desk. Vatva is a crowded place, and sometimes finding parking for the loaders is a real headache. But we like being here because everything we need is close by. If a pump breaks or we need a specific valve, there's usually a shop just a few blocks away that has it. It's a tough environment, but it's where we work and where we've built our life over the years. We just keep moving forward one day at a time.
