Amazon Spices

We are at 114 in the Sukhsagar Complex. It’s right near the Hotel Fortune Landmark in Usmanpura. If you know the Ashram Road area, you probably know how busy it gets around here. Our shop is just a regular spot where we handle all our Amazon Spices business. We’ve been in this part of Shanti Nagar for a while now and we like the neighborhood. It’s not a fancy office or a big corporate headquarters. It’s just us in a small room surrounded by bags of spices. Sometimes the elevator in the complex acts up, so we end up taking the stairs more than we’d like. The air in our shop always has a bit of a kick to it because of the chilies and peppercorns we move around. We spend most of our mornings just checking the latest arrivals and making sure everything looks right. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting sacks and weighing things out. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We know the other shop owners around Usmanpura Cross Road and sometimes grab tea with them when things are slow. It isn't a glamorous life, but it’s what we know. We don't spend money on big ads. We just focus on getting the spices to the people who need them. It's simple, honest work that keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down.
