Down in Phase-3 of Gidc, at Plot No. 5516, you will see our setup. Working with dyes means there is always some color somewhere it shouldn't be, like on the floor or someone's hands. It is a messy business, but we have gotten used to it over the years. The heat from the processing tanks can be intense, especially in the middle of summer, so we have a lot of big fans blowing all the time. Our building is sturdy and built for utility. We aren't worried about having a modern look or a fancy sign out front. Most of the people who work here have been doing this for a long time and they know exactly how the mixers sound when they are running right. We spend a lot of time dealing with barrels and bags of raw materials. The noise of the industrial estate is just background music to us now. We don't have a marketing team writing stuff for us. We just focus on the chemistry and making sure the batches come out the way they are supposed to. Sometimes we have to deal with leaks or clogs in the pipes, which is just part of the daily grind. We eat our lunch in a small room away from the chemicals, usually just sharing whatever we brought from home. It is a simple, hardworking environment in the heart of Phase-3 where we just get things done.
