You can find us at Plot No 67 in the Pushpak Estate, which is part of Phase 1 in the Vatva GIDC area. We are located within the Nika Tube Compound. It’s a very industrial setting, surrounded by factories and workshops. Being in Vatva GIDC means we are right in the heart of the manufacturing district. There’s always the sound of machinery and the movement of loaders nearby. Manikanta Incitech System is based in a sturdy building that’s built for work, not for show. We have high ceilings and plenty of room for our technical setups. It’s dusty out here, and the roads aren’t always the smoothest, but it’s where the real work happens. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and says hello. We spend our time working on the technical systems that our clients need. It’s a lot of practical, hands-on stuff. We’ve been in this compound for a long time and we know most of the other business owners on the block. We often share a tea or talk about the power outages when they happen. It’s a community of people who are just trying to build things and keep their businesses running. We like the grit and the honesty of being in an industrial estate. It suits the way we work and our general approach.
