Call Candidate Placement

We are based in Gf- 9 at Mangalpark in New Vadaj. It is a ground floor office, which makes it easy for people to walk in when they are looking for work. We spend our whole day looking at resumes and talking to people who are searching for their next job. It’s a lot of phone calls and sitting across from candidates. The office is pretty basic—just some desks, chairs for people to wait in, and a couple of filing cabinets. We aren't a high-end corporate headhunter; we just help regular people find positions that fit what they can do. It can be stressful for the people coming in, so we try to keep things calm. Sometimes the office gets crowded on Monday mornings when everyone is looking for a fresh start. We don't have any secret methods. We just look at what the companies need and see if any of our candidates are a good match. New Vadaj is a busy area, and being at Mangalpark puts us right in the middle of it. We’ve helped a lot of locals find work over the years. It’s rewarding when someone calls back to say they got the job. We just keep our files updated and wait for the next person to walk through the door. It’s just us helping people navigate the job market one person at a time. It’s not always easy, but we enjoy the work we do here.
