Neesa Infrastructure Ltd. is out in Changodar at the Panchratna Industrial Estate. Our unit is number 278. If you have ever been to Changodar, you know how it is with the heavy trucks and the dust everywhere. The industrial estate is quite large so finding No. 278 can take a minute if it is your first time. The gate security usually points people in the right direction. It is loud here most of the time because of the nearby factories and the loaders moving stuff around. We spend most of our day inside where it is a bit quieter. The walls are a bit thin so you still hear the engines. The parking is always a mess because of the containers being loaded nearby. We have a small desk area and some space for files. Lunch is usually brought from home or someone goes to the small canteen near the main gate. The weather gets really hot in the afternoons and the tin roofs in the estate make it feel even warmer. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a door with the company name on it. It’s a practical place to work. Most of the people around here are also working in infrastructure or manufacturing. It feels like a very busy part of the city even though it is a bit far out from the center of everything.
