V R Shah & Associates

We are based in the Hemkoot Building, specifically in suite 601. It is located on Ashram Road, right across from the Capital Commercial Centre. This part of Ahmedabad is always moving, and we are right in the middle of it. V R Shah & Associates is basically just a workplace for us to handle accounting and tax matters for our clients. The office is simple and functional. We have the usual desks, chairs, and many cabinets for all the physical records we have to keep. It gets quite busy here, especially towards the end of the financial year when everyone is trying to get their papers sorted. We are not a corporate firm with polished floors and glass walls. It is a lived-in space where work actually happens. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy from the street traffic, but we do not mind it much. We know most of the other people in the building since we have been here for some time. Our day usually involves a lot of phone calls and checking figures on our screens. We do not have any grand mission statements or anything like that. We just help people with their tax filings and audits. It is a straightforward job. If you come by, you will probably see us buried under a pile of files. We just try to do a decent job for the people who trust us with their numbers in the 380009 area.
