V Care Physiotherapy Clinic & Fitness Center

V Care Physiotherapy Clinic & Fitness Center is located on the third floor of the Silver Star Complex. We are in unit B 301. The complex is pretty easy to find because it is right near the Chandlodiya Overbridge. If you are driving along that road, just look for the Mahindra Showroom because we are directly opposite to it. Since we are a physiotherapy clinic and a fitness center, we have a little more room than a normal clinic might. We have gym equipment sitting alongside the therapy beds. This really helps the people who are moving from recovering from an injury to trying to get their strength back. Being near the overbridge means we get people coming in from different parts of Ahmedabad, not just the local Chandlodiya area. The view from the third floor is actually okay; you can watch the traffic moving along the bridge while you work out. It can be a bit of a walk if the lift is not working right, but usually, it is fine. We have a lot of younger people coming in for the fitness equipment and older patients who need the physiotherapy. It is a good mix of people every day. We do not try to have a high-end gym feel. It is just a practical place to work on your body. Whether it is a bad ankle or wanting to get stronger, we have the space for it here at Silver Star.
