Utopia Travel Services Pvt. Ltd. is located at Plot No-404 in the Abhigam Complex. We’re right near the Parimal Crossing on C.G. Road. It’s a busy spot, and we like being in the middle of everything. Most of our day is spent helping people with their travel plans. It’s not a fancy office, just a place with desks and computers where we keep track of flights and hotel bookings. We handle a lot of the boring stuff like paperwork and ticket confirmations so that our customers don’t have to. Sometimes things go wrong with schedules, and we spend hours on the phone trying to get it sorted out. That’s just part of the travel business. We’ve been at this for a while now. People usually just drop in to see what’s available or to pick up their documents. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the work. The traffic outside on C.G. Road can be quite loud, especially in the afternoon. We usually have a pot of tea going and some papers spread out everywhere. It’s a bit messy but we know where everything is. We just focus on getting people to where they want to go without too much trouble. It’s steady work and we enjoy meeting the different people who walk through our door every day. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make traveling a bit easier for the folks around here.
