We’ve been operating Khemchand Dyalajee & Sons out of the Kaycrest Building for a good while now. Being at Building No. 41 on Parimal C.G. Road puts us right in the heart of things in Ellisbridge. Since we are so close to the railway station, there’s always a sense of people coming and going. You can hear the trains if it’s a quiet morning. Our office has that look of a place that’s seen a lot of years. We have heavy desks and cabinets full of records. It’s a family-oriented vibe here, which makes sense given the name on the door. We don't really bother with the latest office trends or flashy signs. Instead, we focus on the daily pile of work that needs finishing. It gets pretty busy around here, especially in the afternoons when the heat picks up. We usually have a pot of tea going in the corner for anyone who needs a break. The staff here are mostly local people who have been with us through thick and thin. We know the neighbors and the guys who run the stalls near the station. It’s a practical way to run a business. We don't make big promises, we just show up and do what needs to be done. It’s honest work in a part of the city that feels like home to us. If you visit, don't expect a lobby with fancy chairs, just a working space with people trying to keep things moving forward. We like the history of this place.
