We are located at 810 Shitiratna in the Panchwati area of Ambavadi. Utkarsh Placements Pvt. Ltd. is basically a small team working out of this office. Ambavadi is a nice part of town, lots of trees and people walking around. Our office is on one of the upper floors, so we get a bit of a view, which is nice when things get stressful. We spend a lot of time on the phones and looking at screens. It’s the kind of work that never really stops. There’s always someone calling or an email waiting to be answered. We aren't fancy people. We wear comfortable clothes and keep a lot of snacks in the break room. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with files and notebooks everywhere, but we know where everything is. It’s a busy environment but we try to keep it relaxed. Being in Panchwati means there are good places to grab lunch nearby, which we appreciate. We've been at 810 Shitiratna for a while and the building staff knows us well. It’s a professional enough space but it feels lived-in. We don't use big words or pretend to be something we aren't. We just do the placement work and try to stay on top of the schedule. It’s a regular job for us and we just take it one day at a time. It is mostly just about staying organized.
