U K Caterers is based in Uday Co Operative Housing Society in the Pushpkunj area, right across from Love Complex. We’re quite close to Apsara Cinema and Kankaria Lake, so it’s always a busy part of the city. We’ve been in the catering business for a long time, and our setup reflects that. It’s a practical space filled with large pots, burners, and crates of plates. We don't have a fancy office for meetings; usually, we just talk to people outside or in our main kitchen area. Cooking for hundreds of people is a lot of work, and it’s usually quite loud and sweaty in the back. We have a small crew of guys who have been with us for years, and they know exactly what needs to be done without being told. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks or have a polished sales pitch. If you want to know how we cook, you can just come by and smell the food. We’ve handled everything from small house parties to larger gatherings near the lake. Sometimes the traffic around the cinema makes it hard for our delivery vans to get out, but we always find a way. It’s a straightforward business where we focus on getting the flavors right and making sure we don't run out of anything. We aren't corporate at all, just a local team doing what we've always done. Every day is different, and that keeps things interesting.
