Tulsi Infocom

Tulsi Infocom is located over at Plot No.169 in Neminath Society. We are right near the vegetable market in Ranip, which makes for a very lively environment every single morning. You can hear the vendors and the shoppers while we are setting up the shop for the day. We mostly handle computers, peripherals, and all the various bits of hardware that people need to get their work done. If someone has a laptop that won't turn on or needs a new printer set up, they usually find their way to us. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and the neighborhood feels like home. The office isn’t huge, but it’s packed with boxes and spare parts that we use for repairs. We aren't trying to be the biggest tech firm in the city; we just want to be the place in Ranip where people can get their tech problems solved without a lot of hassle. Sometimes the shop gets a bit cluttered when we have too many machines in for repair at once, but we manage to keep track of everything eventually. It’s a practical, hands-on kind of business. We talk to our customers like neighbors because, in a lot of cases, they actually are. We just do our best with the tools we have and hope the repairs hold up for a long time. That is the way we have always done things here.
