Our workshop is at Shed No. 3407/1-2 in Phase -4 of the G.I.D.C. Industrial Estate in Vatva. We are right near the Pharma Lab, so it’s easy to find if you know the area. It’s a typical industrial shed, nothing too fancy, just a solid place where we get our work done. We do manufacturing here, and that means there is usually a lot of noise from the equipment and the sound of metal or tools. It can get pretty hot in the afternoons, especially during the summer months in Gujarat, but we are used to it by now. We have a small team of workers who know the machines inside and out. We don’t have a big HR department or a team of marketing people writing brochures. It is just us, managing the orders and making sure the production stays on schedule. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints or checking the output of a specific machine. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a big batch, but that is just how the business goes. We like the fact that it’s a hands-on job. We don’t use a lot of corporate jargon. If something is broken, we fix it. If an order is ready, we ship it. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business in Vatva. Most of us just want to do the work and head home at the end of the day.
