Times Business Solutions Limited is located at C/5 in Ayojan Nagar Society. We’re over in the Vasna area of Ahmedabad, not too far from Jivraj Mehta Hospital. It’s a pretty quiet residential-turned-business spot, which we like. Our daily routine involves helping other businesses with various solutions, which means a lot of phone calls and emails. We aren’t a huge operation with a glass skyscraper; we’re just in a regular building where people know each other’s names. Sometimes the parking around Ayojan Nagar can be a bit of a nightmare, but we make it work. We’ve got a few rooms filled with desks and computers. We aren’t into all those polished corporate speeches you hear nowadays. We just talk like normal people and try to solve problems as they come up. Most of us have been working here for a good few years, so we’ve become like a small family. We go out for tea together in the afternoons to get some fresh air. The work can be repetitive, but there’s always something new to figure out. We don’t claim to be the best or anything, we just put in the effort and try to be reliable. It’s a steady pace here in Vasna. If someone needs help, they just ask. We don't have many formal meetings, we just chat over our desks. It’s a bit informal, but we get everything done on time and that’s what matters to us. It feels like a real workplace.
